Hello
I've been lucky enough to have a sneak peek of the new A330 Upper Class configurations.
As many of you already guessed, it will be in a 1-1-1 configuration with seating being:
A G K
1 1 1
2 2 2
3 3 3
4 4 4
5 5 5
6 6 6
7 7 7
8 8 8
9 9 9
10 10 10
11
Total of 31 suites as per the Boeing 787-9.
Happily, there is definitely a bar onboard too (as many a rumour was fearing the opposite). It's unlike any other VS bar in that the 3 stools face rearward and the crew area for the bar faces forward - and takes the place of the current closet at Galley 2. This means that the bar stools (and occupants) are further away from the suites.
The suites themselves are UCS3, exactly the same as on the Boeing 787-9.
