Christmas UC fare sale?

I am flying to NYC on the 27th of Dec and back on the 2nd of Jan. Currently I have a booking on hold for £1571 out in Y and back in UC. However, I know that almost every year there is a UC sale where you can get UC r/t for about the same price or less during the Xmas period. Anyone have a sense for if/when this sale would start this year?

Well, according to Raffles at HFP, BA holidays have just put out Christmas sale fares for CW and NYC is included in the deals, £1200 in CW inc 3 nights in a 5 star hotel. Other routes in that sale are Boston, Chicago, Washington, and Toronto.

Although these are package deals with flight and hotel, I'd say BA will probably follow soon, and then VS.

price is based on two people. Some reasonable options for us singletons though ...

Also possible to extend the stay as well for the cheaper prices.

LGW - JFK appears to be the default option but flights from LHR available for a £29 supplement. Also includes AA flights as well

BA have a Luxury Sale on with LON-NYC at £1425 return in Club World. Book by November 8th. Any chance VS might do a flash sale?
