bonus miles from virgin trains ?

I'm still waiting on any miles from this promotion. Am I the only one now?

I had to email customer services. They credited the 500 miles in about a week.

Finally...received the bonus points!

This doesn't seem to have been the best organised and run promotion that VS put to market. I feel it's been an unnecessary faff to get the promised miles added to my account. Not one of Virgin's finest achievements.

Unsurprisingly I have not received the 500 miles so just sent an email to CS.

Still not received mine, despite 3 emails. First time I have ever had a problem with Virgin..
