Hi all,

With just over a week to go before my inaugural trip to the LHR Clubhouse (and my first time flying UC in this direction.. and my first time using DTCI), I'm starting to get very excited! Just one question - once you're in the Clubhouse, are you able to leave and mooch around the terminal, then re-enter the Clubhouse? Common sense says yes of course, but thought I'd consult you all.

Thanks

Yes, whenever I've done it, I've let the ladies on the desk know I'm popping out and they remember me when I come back in, although I've never been rechecked back in, I do take my boarding pass with me just in case.

+1 for Marshy's comment, I've often gone to Duty Free, let the ladies on the desk know and had no problem when returning. You need your boarding pass anyway for any purchases in Duty Free so you've already got it if needed when checking back in. Have a wonderful time - we all know you will and we all know that you'll never want to fly any other way again. Becomes an expensive hobby!

I would imagine LHR has similar.

Yes there is but I've just left my coat and bag on the seat (taken my keys, phone, wallet etc with me and gone to the spa or for a wander around DF. If there is a server around I usually tell them and they keep an eye on it. A couple of times they'll have a drink waiting for my return!

I've used the cloakroom in LHR, just leaving my bag and coat. Refreshing to walk about a departure terminal with just a wallet and boarding pass (and clothes, obviously).
