Afternoon! I'm about to fly the last leg of a 4 leg trip to Singapore from San Francisco. As yet, none of the flights have shown up under my "Activity" on the Flying Club site.

Before I call up the helpline, is this expected? (Do I need to have flown all legs of the ticket to see the flights show up?)

Loosely related, one of the legs is on Virgin America (and under a VX flight number) - am I correct in thinking that given the partnership is now over, I won't be credit the tier points for this leg (despite booking the ticket before Nov 12th)?

I'm still waiting for miles / TPs to be credited for a VS flight taken on 13/11 - the DL leg credited immediately! After speaking to Vs countless times they've said that miles / TPs hereon out should be credited automatically but flights taken during they're changeover period are being processed manually by FC support.

I'd wait a week or so before calling as i think they are inundated at the moment with it all. And they never credit partner flights immediately over the phone they have to submit a request to FC support normally.

Re VA, partnership is now over so no miles / TPs. I suppose Atlanta doesn't want Crawley partnering with an airline in a competeting alliance to them!

I think last time we flew with SQ, the miles and TP were credited within about a week, but everything is probably up in the air (no pun intended) at the moment. We recently flew with SAS and their booking system now lets you input your FC number online, but the points haven't been credited, so I just sent in a missing miles request. Hopefully it'll go through soon as it'll renew my OH's AU (he dropped down to AG this month).

This is a common trip for me - LHR - SIN RTN and onward on SQ.

I've never had an issue with TP or miles. Takes about 8 days and has always been accurate. And, if you are connecting and you miss connection due to SQ delay, SQ will ensure TP/miles are credited for next leg (if they were expected) even if you have to travel the next leg on a non-qualifying flight.
