More IT issues

Away at the moment, so having to check the website for various flight changes

So far, repeated issues with their flight status system - misreporting of delays/cancellations etc

Brilliant

I noticed that messages started appearing on their home page to that effect yesterday and thought "oh-oh" then. Amusingly it said "Due to an issue with our Flight status system, these flights are currently showing as operating on time. Please see our Latest news for further information." And then I realised that finding the latest news was not the easiest button to find. Really, who the feck designed this stuff? 4 year olds that have never seen the internet.

Clowns the lot of them.

People with huge, super high resolution screens and better eyesight than the average punter. If you did use 4 year olds they'd be making sure there were big, blocky, easy to see icons and hyperlinks.

Edited to add: I'd also question the wording used to deliver the message about the faulty flight status.

Well I swear that they are watching this thread/site. In the message on the home screen they have now made "Latest news" hot - but the colours are so similar to the text so it is easy to miss. This really is basic stuff.

Unlike Steve Miller's "Abracadbra", doesn't leap out and grab ya.
