Surely having the same 30 second music track isn't doing VS any favours?!
After a 20 minute hold telling me that me that my call will be answered soon and listening to the same piece of music over and over and over and over again really doesn't put me me in the right frame of mind when I finally talk to a human. Especially when the reason for my call is because I have come across the following message in MMB:
You change aircraft in Atlanta, GA (13m)
With a change in schedule, you may miss your connecting flight. Please review your rescheduled itinerary.
May miss my flight?! A 13 minute connection in ATL?!
Naturally I spot this change in my flight departure time with no help or email from VS.
