So, I've been credited with miles and tier points for my flight from BGI-LGW on 07Dec, but nothing for the outbound on 26Nov. I tried using the Claim Missing Miles route but it leads me to a page where it has retrieved my FC number and ticket number but there is no button to click on to progress further. Is the only option a phone call or has anyone else managed to claim online?

I had the exact same problem except mine were out 24/Nov and return 1/Dec - the return posted within a day or two but the outbound were finally posted today. I did speak to FC and they said that due to the issues with the system change some were being processed manually and would take a bit longer...

Have checked my account again and now they have ben posted. I think the missing miles process may be working even though it doesn't seem to complete.......either that or it was a massive coincidence timing wise!

We're missing an outbound flight from SAS to Tokyo on the 16th November. We claimed and the inbound flight posted within days, but the outbound is still MIA. I actually received a nice email from FC a couple of days ago apologising for the wait and said it might takeven up to 30 days. My OH took the same flight and is in the same situation, but he received a very confusing email asking from his boarding pass and e-receipt, even though we already sent them. We sent them again anyway just in case!
