Using VS miles to book Delta reward seats

Can anyone tell me if it's possible to use Virgin FC miles to book a reward seat directly with Detla and if it is how do I do it ?

Also how do Virgin FC miles convert to Delta sky miles ? Is it 1:1 or a different ratio
