Just call reservations between the times you were given.

good luck with getting through to anyone at virgin lately, i have been trying on and off for two weeks to get through to flying club with an enquiry, constantly on hold, in fact i have been surfing v flyer for something to do for the last 25 minutes whilst on hold to......yep....you guessed. flying club......
they really have failed in my view quite badly with customer service lately, and the web site is pants !!

ok rant over, for now....
