VS 15 PE MENU

Flying VS15 on Wednesday in PE and wondered if anyone knew the menu?

My wife is a vegetarian and wanted to get a heads up as if it's not to her liking she'll eat at the airport and bring snacks.

Starter:
Pickled Cucumber and Radish Salad
on a bed of mixed leaves with a Lemon oil.

Mains
Beef with Wild Mushroom and Mustard Sauce
served with creamy mash and sautéed peppers
or
Roast Chicken and Tagliatelle
Tender slices of Roast Chicken with a hint of Chilli
served on a bed of fresh tagliatelle.
finished with minted green beans and peas.
or
Thai Vegetable Curry
fragrant with spices served with fluffy jasmine rice topped with sliced chilli

Pudding
Mango Vanilla Cheesecake.
