Greetings from the LHR T3 Igloo

Headed out on the VS23 today, then on to NZ! Clubhouse not too busy so far but I've decided to pay a visit to the igloo that has been set up on the terrace. Nice use of space I think.

I’d read about the new igloo being there for a few weeks and I planned on having a nosey when I’m there next week.

You might be in for a long wait as technically, you are not supposed to eat and drink on the patio area are you?

It was very cosy indeed and the views were excellent. You are right, there was quite a wait to be served though they did serve me a drink, but said no food was allowed, so I had to head downstairs in order to be fed!

Would highly recommend.

VS have made a 'cool' spot for you, nice to see a picture of it, you're a bit brave being out there this time of year though .... I enjoyed the similar experience but in a slightly warmer Antigua last month waiting for the VS34 as there's a nice roof terrace outside the Executive Lounge there
