Shops Away Purchase Cancellation

Hi,

I've just checked the Virgin app, and it looks like there is a transaction of -372 miles for a Shops Away Purchase Cancellation.

I've checked back through my purchases over the last year, and none equal 372. Any ideas? HAs this happened to anyone else? It's not a significant amount, but a bit annoyed as a few years ago, I had a purchase for many thousand that remarkably (!) didn't track, when the rest all do...

So annoying that these adjustments get made retrospectively for transactions that can in some cases be years ago...

So far I have managed to reconcile similar happenings on my shopsaway account.
