The flavours of slow roasted fig, juicy melon and caramalised pecans are perfectly matched with the saltiness of prosciutto.

Thanks for taking the time to set that out. That helps with planning travel with a 10yr old who is a tad picky on the food front

We are travelling a week on Tuesday on the 23 to LAX its still a 787 we are in 7/8, does anyone know do they serve front to back or the other way round. As I am a very fussy eater, nothing spicy or aromatic am wondering whether to fill up in the Clubhouse in case all the beef has gone. Many thanks Linda :-D

The last time the Chicken Biryani was on the menu, it was probably one of the best meals I've every tasted in the air !

They do serve front to back. The beef was very nice, I can def recommend it.

Correct, although the crew should also take status into account. So a FC Gold member in, say, 9A should get priority over someone with no status in 3A when it comes to menu choices.

Service will still be front to back, but in theory it’s possible that the person in 3A is told there’s no beef left while 9A does get the beef they ordered.

In my experience that doesn't always happen though. As a Flying Club Gold card holder here I was asked to make a second choice as my first choice of main wasn't available on a flight from MAN to ATL last year. It was the same coming back from JFK to MAN as well.
