Good afternoon from the UC Wing!

Well. This is painful. I've never dropped anyone off at the UC Wing before... Mum and sister now in the CH as we head back home; really don't recommend this experience.

Please tell us more on what happened ? May I ask if you gave the UC Wing prior notice of your arrival with details of no. of checked bags and registration no. of car being used for the drop-off ?

Nothing bad Frank! Just terrible dropping someone off and not going with them!!

My sincere apologies ! I completely mis-read your post and thought that the drop-off process had been a pain.

However I understand now . It must indeed be very painful to drop off loved ones for an UC flight and not be joining them !!!!

Hopefully it is your turn soon !

Feel your pain. I wont dare rub it in and say we will be dropped there on Friday....cant wait for the family to experience it this time
