Expert Flyer scrap times for Reward Availability?

Hi all,

I have a Reward Availability alert set up on EF for G availability on a specific flight. Annoyingly, when I checked the VS app yesterday (as I do most days when looking for Gs) the flight showed availability. I called FC but it had gone by the time I called .

I would have thought the EF alert should have emailed me when this came available, but it makes me think they scrap the site at certain times rather than instantly. Anyone have any insight into this?

I didn't think that EF had ever showed reward availability for VS. I could be wrong, but I don't ever recall seeing G's when I've looked at loads.

It was put on a few months ago - you need to search under the "Awards and Upgrades" tab

Managed to grab the G again although not with the help of EF. Guess their servers take their time...

It will show G's. I use it when searching, it just doesn't show them as part of the flight availability (loads) page.

I think when you use the Awards & Upgrades search, it scrapes instantly. But the reports scrape whenever they are set to, and how long is between that time and the email notification is unknown. Could be mere minutes, could be all day.
