VA miles total not adding miles

So I had 7000 miles transfered from Amex this week the miles are showing there but the running total hasn’t been adjusted
The same has happened to my husband transferred 3000 showing as a transaction but total not adjusted. Called F.C. not able to do anything as they don’t see a running total so can’t say if added or not. Emailed customer service... has this happened to anyone else?

I take it you mean VS (Virgin Atlantic) not VA (Virgin Australia)? If so, I will edit the thread title.
