Virgin sale and offers?

Does anyone have any idea if there will be any impending offers or deals on Virgin flights in the coming weeks?

Want to book a multi city from Lon to San Fran 18 oct thur, and then come back from Los Angeles mon 29th oct. Apart from the Easter sales, where flights were about £450pp, the price seems to be sticking fairly high since and there hasnt been many offers.

Historically, I's sure in previous years, they intermittently has some flyer miles offers and some short lived sale deals. Lovely Martin Lewis says that around 11-12 weeks is the peak time for lowest prices before the holiday, which gives us a deadline of 31st July...just a little out of our budget at the mo.

If anyone has any ideas as Virgin doesnt give anything away. I have looked into other airlines and tbh I think we will stick with what we know... hit and miss reviews for all other airlines.

VS will have a sale when it wants to. we could ge really rely on 2-3 big sales spread throughout the year but that pattern appears to have gone in favour of more targeted offers relating to destinations rather than everywhere.

Aren’t your dates half term in the UK? If so that generally means there won’t be any offers that week as VS can sell flights for full price and why sell for less when yiu have willing buyers?


And take what Mr Lewis says with a pinch of salt. He’s not always as knowledgable as he thinks he is.
