I've just received my statement for the period 12 June - 12 July. Am I not right in thinking I should have received miles at the normal rate until 07 July? The statement is void of any VA branding and has no miles shown, nor have any been credited to my Flying Club account?

Anyone else experiencing this?

I don't get my statement until next week so can't comment yet, but perhaps they are waiting a bit longer to pay points incase of any refunds etc?

I received my miles yesterday even though my spending period doesn't end until the 22nd. My Premium Reward Upgrade x2 vouchers were credited on the 7th.

My miles posted yesterday (12th July) when they normally post on the 7th of the month so it looks like there is a short delay in posting them for this last batch of miles.

The last date for transactions to earn miles was the 7th July no matter the statement date - mine happens to be the 7th.

No the miles didn't show on the printed statement.

The miles were a little less than the direct cash amount would suggest but then I remembered I used my visa card on some transactions and of course they earn at a lower rate (1 point / £2 rather than 1 for 1)

I believe you have to cancel to get the refund.
Mrs D had a weird one. She phoned to cancel and they said she would have to phone again to get the refund.
My understanding was it was automatic.
I pay my final bill in August so I will cancel then but since my renewal date is September there won't be much of a refund on mine.

I thought I read somewhere (perhaps head for points), that you should not cancel, as you had to still be active at the end of July for them to process the refund? I'll see if I can dig out the article...
