FC Status Expiry

Hi everyone,

Just a quick question if I may. I'm currently FC Gold and my account shows I need 1000 tier points by 30th November which I won't be able to hit this year.

Will I drop from gold on the 30th November? The reason I ask is that my FC membership card says it's valid until 12/2018 so I'm not sure if that means I can still use the gold benefits in December which would be nice as I'm looking to book a cheap economy return to NYC early December.

The online expiry date is the true one and the following day (December 1st in your case) your account will drop down to Silver if you don't have the required tier points.

Your card is always valid for an extra month but in reality, it wont give you any benefits after your online membership year expires unfortunately as the VS system will automatically see you as Silver from Dec 1st.
