Hi,

We'll need a bit more information before we can answer that. Lounge access with DL (and other US airlines in general) tends to be based more around frequent flyer status rather than the cabin you are flying in.

What route are you travelling on? If it's domestic, are you connecting to/from another flight?

Ah so you are flying in Delta One JFK-LHR?

In that case yes you will be able to get into the Clubhouse at JFK, no status needed.

As far as thoughts go - there are no trip reports on the forum of Delta's A330 business product. You might have to dig around online for some. But from what I've seen it looks like a good product. There are a handful of reports about the older 767 product, and although the seat may not be the same there will be descriptions of the service:

Thanks for the info I read the trip report links very informative thanks. Do you know how early we would be able to get access to the lounge, we are going into NY on a cruise so it will be probably about lunchtime when we get to jfk, flight isn’t till 22 45 so a long day at the airport. Also if I may are delta strict on baggage size,I know that the dimensions are smaller than VS
Thanks again Michael

The Clubhouse opens at 2.30pm IIRC. If you arrive earlier you can access the Delta SkyClub.

But why spend all day in an airport lounge? You could go shopping, visit a museum, have lunch, even see a matinee show and still have plenty of Clubhouse time. Don’t waste the last day of your holiday at JFK! (There are some left luggage places around Penn or Grand Central if that’s an issue.)

Yes we are thinking about doing a day in NY nothing set in stone at the moment, just exploring options at the moment. Been to the big apple a few times before so comfortable with that. Will probably leave it the decision till the day before see how we feel.
Once again thanks for all info and help
