Please, please, please can someone at VS employ some IT guys that know what they are doing??!! The VS website is like it is being run by some very tired hamsters at the minute. In fact the site has been c**p for some time now. I've just tried to book some seats for May 19 and the booking engine tells me there are no seats available in any cabin for any of the dates I want. So how come I can book them through expedia, kayak, travelup etc etc. Come on VS, get a grip - my 10 year old granddaughter could do better.
Thank you, rant over.

I saw a notice on the homepage the other day saying they are aware of an issue where they wouldn't display any pricing for PE and UC, sounds like they haven't fixed it yet!

No idea what they are playing at - but not quoting at all (even full fares for PE & UC cabins) is commercial suicide. Many corporate bookers only book full-fare fares... can only hope they book via a GDS system that is a bit more reliable than the VS website - thankfully for Virgin it is more than likely that they do.

Oh no it wasn't!!
Tried to book a multi-city trip 10 mins ago, only to be advised that there are no seats available (in any cabin).Error code #101639R displayed, whatever that means. >-( . The fact is, not only are no prices being quoted, the advice is that there are no seats available.

Anybody know what error code #101639R means? As stated above, I am getting this message when trying to book MAN - ATL - MCO - MAN seats following a Tennessee/Georgia road trip next Spring. Yes, I can ring VS and book or go through Delta but would really like to know what is going on. Thanks.
