Virgin Holidays spend on the new Virgin Money card

Hi All

Has anyone had double points posted for a Virgin Holidays spend? Both my and husbands card have been used to pay for a holiday and no double points appeared on either.
Have secure messaged on both cards (can’t quite face the phone call).

I did, took a month to see them though
