Showers & toothbrush/toothpaste at LHR

Hi all,

A couple of quick questions about the LHR Clubhouse. Firstly, is it easy enough to get a shower there in the evenings? Do I have to go to the Spa to book one? The only information I've found online about this is about five years old so I'm not sure if it's up to date.

Secondly, will they provide toothbrush/toothpaste? Are these only in the showers or are they available in the washrooms?

I've only been through the LHR clubhouse once before and didn't take notice!

I used the showers in the LHR CH a few weeks ago, mid afternoon, and had no wait to use one.

Yes just go to spa reception and they allocate you one.

As I recall there were several different toiletries available, shampoo/shower gel/soap. But I can’t remember if a toothbrush and toothpaste were available, I always take my own travel one to use.

I was there a few months ago and requested a toothbrush / toothpaste from the spa desk who happily obliged. Also bear in mind that these will be in your amenity kit too once onboard.

In the showers there are bottles of Cowshed shower gel / shampoo etc on the wall to use.
