No idea what VM have done this month here as I earned 994 miles (which is correct), yet 1990 miles have appeared in my FC account?

I've never been offered any kind of bonus miles promo here either (other than the standard sign-up bonus).

Me too - a 2k bonus on an approx 1k spend.
Not that I’m complaining though!

I received 12k bonus miles this month. I guess that is 2 months worth of bonus.

My miles have been corrected this morning.

As did mine.. I had twice as many as I should have had for 24hrs and they were snatched back tonight..

I have just received an email. Virgin+ card, 15k sign up bonus plus 3k miles per month on £1k spend per month for the first three months.
I used to have the Virgin black card but never took on the new offer, was holding out for a “please come back” email, took its time, but it has finally arrived

Shifty, might be worth a phone call. That’s a poor offer in the context of what others got. I’d cancelled my MBNA Virgin card before it closed, yet still received 6K miles per month for £1K spend, and there were better offers mentioned elsewhere online.

My bad. It’s 6k miles a month not 3k.
So 33,000 miles on total

60K total, 15k + 3 x 15K for first 3 months based on minimum £1500 spend per month

Further update on the above ---- have received 6000 miles bonus not the 15000 miles --- have spoken to 3 representatives so far and now have to write in with proof of what I was offered [printed it all off at the time]
