Tier points on Delta flights

I've found some really good priced Delta flights from DUB - JFK - MCO

Would I get tier points / miles if booking through expedia or directly with Delta ?

You will get Tier Points and miles if you're flying club number is on the booking, regardless of whether you book direct or through a travel agent.

Is the DUB - JFK sector on DL metal? If it is on a DL partner, it may not qualify.
