Hi folks,

I’m wondering if anyone else has encountered the problems I’m having. Whenever I click the button on the VS homepage for FC login the link is redirected to a landing page about FC and no login. I’ve tried 3 browsers across 2 devices now.

So I’ve found a link via help & contact but when I try to login using FC number or email and password I’m being told something isn’t right. The page then asks for login details plus surname but still throws up an error. I’ve tried with my own FC account and my hubby’s and get the same.

I’ve even, with both accounts, tried the “forgot login details” link, fill in details and get a message “sorry we can’t process this right now, please try again later”.

Anyone else having this problem or got any suggestions?

You should still be able to view your booking and/or check-in online as long as you know your PNR. Just enter the details manually from the VS homepage.

This is the second Flying Club outage in the last week or so as well!

I’m glad it wasn’t just me either! Anyway, this morning I’m able to login, hallelujah!

It was fine for me this morning, but I wasn't able to log in last weekend.

It kept telling me that 'something wasn't quite right' with the information that I had entered. Ha ha ha.

Ahh VS IT... keeps things challenging :cool:

Had this issue on 7 Feb when trying to check in online for our flight the following day except the message said that there was more than one account registered and wouldn't let me log in. Fine I thought, I'll just check in at airport, I wanted to see if we could upgrade to UC anyway. Got to LHR went to ticket desk where we were told yes there are UC seats available BUT the miles system is down and they are unable to do any miles transactions >-(. Talk about major disappointment, wish they'd just said miles system down and not told us there were seats available,talk about salt in wounds. To top it off, we spoke to three staff members who said they had never had this happen in 15 yrs that they'd been working for VS :-(

Hoping this doesn't happen on our way back....I have been earning miles like mad in the last 6 months to get these upgrades.
