I class fare -car service or Nae?

Hi, am flying we'd on an I class, which says in the Toolbox as qualifying for a car service. But as I was in arrivals last week, from another flight, I asked at the desk about booking the car, and they assured me it didn't qualify!

Who's right?

The toolbox is out of date I’m afraid. I class used to qualify for CDC but as of January 2018 it no longer does. Only J, C & D now.

Unfortunately not, you get the 200 tier points per leg but no longer a car.
