BA Club world is about the same price as VS UC. So not surprised that it doesn't compare to VS PE. BA's comparitive product is World Traveller Plus. See here

Personally, i couldnt even compare NCW with UCS and NCW coming out better, but then i moved away from the dark side a good while back
