It is interesting how the frantic effort to achieve SEQ1 has disappeared! Strangely enough, I was only thinking the other day how traffic and postings on this site have dwindled over the last year or so. I used to log in at least once a day to read new topics, but probably only log on once a week now and I don't know why!! There don't seem to be as many TRs as there used to be, particularly those from the more colourful characters! It's a shame.

Sorry Christine, you tend to have very questionable luck when it comes to leaving the homestead. Thankfully I’ve been ‘disastrous event’ free for the last few years .. long may it continue :-P

Hopefully you’ll be gifted with high SEQ numbers because you’ve deliberately delayed check-in and not because you’ve been rerouted to some random outstation along the way.

Ooops! You've just reminded me that I have TR or three that I haven't posted, mainly because they are long and rambling. The trend lately seems to be short and to the point. I can't do, short and to the point! :-D

I’m with Treelo. :) .I want the epic, lengthy, disaster laden memoirs that make me chucke outloud ( because when HL is on her travels smooth passage is something that simply doesn’t happen....).
Chop chop HL ! :)

OK, OK! You win. Let me see where my last TR was and I will follow up, if I can remember all of them.

Normal service will be resumed as soon as possible!

I think some people have their own reasons for not logging on as much these days as before (or no longer posting) and I guess there's not much that can be done if some people elect to "move on" as it were. For what it's worth, I went several years hardly posting on here, but circumstances in recent years leading to me flying with VS combined with interesting developments at VS means I've re-engaged.

One thing that hasn't changed though (and a key factor in making me sign up to the board in the first place) is the level of high-quality information about VS and other airlines, whether it's from VS/V-Flyer veterans or newbies. Long may that continue! :-)

I have to say I have noticed the decline too I hope we can arrest it! I found this forum trying to see if there was anyway I would be able to afford Upper for my 30th and did an ExEU ... flash forward a few years and I am now AU thanks to this forum!
