Hi, all. We flew back in Comfort +/Premium from ATL in February with a layover in JFK. For some reason on check in at the airport our FC numbers were only added to the VS portion of the flight (JFK to MAN), but not on the DL segment between ATL and JFK. I didn't notice this until we were home and I realised the miles from DL hadn't been credited. We were in Premium and had S class tickets, but the DL flight was in W class. I just got the miles and TP through and was expecting 10 TP, but it has credited as 25 TP to both my and my husband's accounts. Is this incorrect or have I missed something?
I seem to get lucky with bonus TPs these days! Hopefully they won't correct them (luckily I'll renew Au regardless!) Thanks again for the confirmation, Slimpy.
