Question...

I have a colleague of mine flying from JFK-MAN while I am flying JFK-LHR. I am VS AU and flying Upper (colleague is neither). How likely is it that I can bring them with me to the clubhouse in JFK?

Thanks!

Officially - no sorry, as per this page:

On the flight and at the airport with us

Exclusive Clubhouse passes for you plus one guest***

***Applicable for the Gold member and one other passenger travelling on the same Virgin Atlantic flight

You need to be on the same flight.

You could always try though and see what they say depending on how busy it is. Unfortunately though the JFK Clubhouse does tend to get pretty busy so they may well stick to the rules sorry.

one of the reasons VS made the change to guests having to be on the same flight as the host was to reduce the number of people in the CHs as they were getting very busy and they were getting lots of complaints and this was an easy way to thin the herd a little.

I was on a flight from JFK which departed 30 minutes after my pals flight. Access for him was denied. Annoying but understandable.
