VS-DL-AF-KL joint venture receives tentative US approval

US Dept of Transportation has issued a notice giving tentative approval of the new Joint adventure by exempting it from US Antitrust laws.

There is a 14 day period to lodge objections. if there are no objections then the JV will be approved.
