Miles Booster not Posting

I'm having and issue with a miles booster purchase not posting to Flying Club Account.

I flew on 29th. August and expected the previously purchased booster miles to have posted within 72 hours of the first flight...all per T's and C's.
My first chase up call to Crawely Towers resulted in me being (incorrectly) told that the miles would be posted 72 hours after my return flight...
Subsequent calls advised..."leave it with us".
I resorted to quite a few emails to and fro all stating "we'll get back to you in the next 7 days.
No replies or follow up emails on these promises.
I'm now at day 30 since the first flight and nothing.
So today I got on the text chat and was notified of an IT issue preventing miles being posted....No further explanation.
I realise that there more serious are ongoing resources within VS sorting repatriation flights but, I would have thought that all could have been sorted by now as it is an I.T issue, not operational.
Wonder what would happen if I needed miles to upgrade or book a rewards flight for which these booster miles were needed. (I don't..yet).

Any one else having the same issues?

I purchased 3 Miles boosters back in June, in order to upgrade my BGI flights from P to G.

Two posted, one didn’t.

No idea what happened VS never sorted it out and just ticketed it without taking the additional miles so technically I’m quids in Miles wise, but no idea really what happened!

An update.
Miles posted overnight with an email notification:
"Thank you for boosting your miles with Flying Club. Your purchase has been successfully completed and your Flying Club account has been credited with the transaction below."
No explanation of the delay.
Never mind, at least the miles are in my account now.
