Not yet, but I am in PE on VS3 at the end of November. If your trip is after this,can let you know!
It is Brunch after take off - then a lunch service 90 mins prior to arrival on the VS3

Am glad I'm not on that flight in Premium Economy...! Menu sounds pretty dire to me.
I bet Virgin don't fare much better in Upper Class either - they need to sort their catering out.
