I have select vouchers which when issued was told if there are point seats available I could exchange the voucher for those corresponding flights. Now under this new ticketing system been told I can only exchange for Fare Class Z tickets. Is there any way to view Z class availability without constantly calling up customer service, wasting their time and mine, to check my various options??
An email from VA implied this can be done on the website and they provided this link which does show Fare Class

but if i make any changes to the search, such as different departure/destination, the far class disappears and can't view.
Please can someone help as this is driving me mad!
