I am going out of my mind!! Please can someone help me.
I booked select vouchers many months ago, dates weren't perfect and the inbound meant i was on a different flight to my wife and daughter. Using the ITA matrix, and double checking on the Virgin website I found Class Z tickets which we could all travel together.
The number on the vouchers is 03442094711. But now its impossible to speak to anyone to change them. 4 hours on hold yesterday to then get cut off. Called back and through immediately, to be told I got connected to the wrong department, despite following the correct options.
Been up since 6am, 3 hours hold, cut off, now another 2.5 hours on hold.
Previous emails to customer service suggested the online chat, which of course never works.
Does anyone have another number that deals with vouchers, advice, tips or suggestions to be able to make the changes??
