Howdy folks. Ordered 4 reward seat over the phone using CC vouchers yesterday - even though they copied details from all 4 passengers flying club details they still managed to make a typo on one of my daughters names. Spotted it when the email confirmation came through and phoned back up within around 10 minutes.
They've passed it up to ticketing to fix as they can't amend it, but I wonder if anyone has been in the same situation and how long it took to resolve?
