Hi all,

Really sorry if this has been asked a million times but I want to book a flight for October 2026. The idea is that as soon as the flight becomes available, I want to jump on it to make sure we can get a good rate for 2x UC seats. However, as I understand it I won't be able to book the return flight until that becomes available, by which point the outbound UC points cost may have increased. I don't really want to roll the dice on booking tickets out if it turns out I can't get a good option for returning.

I also have 2 vouchers through our credit card. I'm only Red tier so I *think* these are only worth 75k each, but again I'm not sure if they can be treated just as 75k points, or if they need to be handled in another way.

I'm sure I'm not the only person in this situation, so any advice would be welcome. I would just ask Virgin, but I've had a couple of bad experiences with them recently where staff have told me one thing, only to then fail to complete ticketing later leading to a last minute panic.

Thanks
