Just to share an experience I just had.
Have just booked some miles fares for the in-laws who are based in Orlando but coming to visit in July/August.
Although the website did indeed let me book the entire deal I was unable to complete the booking because it would not allow me to use my UK credit card for the taxes/fees. So I ended up doing it all over the phone with the Premier Team. I suppose I should have seen it coming but...
As a side note it allocated my FC number to the lead name and would not allow you to remove it - bug?
