Reporting An Error About Link

just as it said in the error message, i have reported this broken link. upon clicking the windows xp edition of THE V-TOOL it comes up with an error page.

The V-Tool is down at the moment, due to the fact that we have problems getting the data that services it.

Yes, Paul posted a problem with that earlier today - before posting, please have a look round the fora first, using the search function and the FAQs (here)
