They wet leased a 747 (-200?) from Air NZ to run, ISTR, the BOS route for a few months. A buddy of mine, since retired, used to be a Captain on the route. He still keeps his really, really old Virgin Crew baggage tag on his flight case: it must be fifteen years old.
When I last met him at home in Auckland about six months he commented on how much he enjoyed that working that route, while coincidentally mentioning how young FA's on VS all seemed...
