A quick question-
I booked some reward travel in February, to fly in October. I've got a locator number, and due to circumstances beyond my control the schedule has changed. Virgin have been very helpful here, and the schedule has been 'stable' for about a month now
I can't see the booking on the website, and Flying Club say that's because it hasn't been ticketed yet (and I haven't received an e-ticket). They say it's in the queue for ticketing, but nothing seems to ever happen
Isn't 'ticketing' just someone pressing a button on their computer? - or is there more to it than that?
Any speculation about what's going on? - Should I be worried?
