Well, got a reply - seems like they must've had some complaints about those submitting FF numbers only...
quote:Mr {mcuth},
The Court-approved Settlement Agreement provides for a refund of 33.3% of the passenger fuel surcharge you paid on qualifying coupons, not the class in which you flew. Each qualifying coupon represents one round-trip ticket.
There are many reasons why some of the Frequent Flyer Numbers you provided may not match to a qualifying coupon. Please read the Notice to Claimants (available at
http://www.airpassengerrefund.com/Documents.aspx) for a full description of qualifying coupons. Please note that the information used to identify your qualifying coupons was taken directly from Section B of your claim forms. If you feel that there may have been typos or missing information, you may submit additional information by mail only:
Air Passenger Fuel Surcharge Settlement
Kenneth R. Feinberg, Distribution Agent

ondon EC2P 2UB
England
Due to the large number of airline records involved in the settlement, some claims require additional research to confirm the eligibility. All Frequent Flyer Numbers that were submitted on your claim forms are being reviewed. If it is determined that a flight is eligible for a refund under the Settlement terms, then you will receive payment in one of the future cheque mailings. If additional information is needed or if a flight is found to be ineligible, you will receive notification of the results and instructions on what options are available.
