The Times newspaper yesterday had a supplement (an independent publication from Raconteur Media) naming the UK's top 50 call centres and Virgin Atlantic appeared amongst that top 50.

They seem pretty damn useless in my eyes.

I've always had a good service on the phone (although that is the Premier team). However the email service is woeful, particularly in terms of the time is takes to get a repsonse. Why oh why can there not be a premier team email address?!?!

I have to say i have always had great service from the VA call centre also i had to email them on Friday afternoon and they had replied to my satisfaction by Saturday lunch time so no complaints here [y]
