There is no mention in the BBC report of the Teamsters doing anything other than discussing the strike wuith Unite. The teamsters will have members who work at airports where BA fly too and may even have some BA staff as members so are probbaly anxious to find out what is going on.
There is the usual b*ll*cks of someone (who should know better) saying ' I gather ..' without mentioning sources or providing any proof.
In any case BA talked to other airlines so arn't they internationalising the strike too?
