Online check in is open but I get a message saying olci is not available to us and must check in airport - why? Late upgrade to pe , ticket on departure? Can someone give me a clue?
It could be one of several reasons. Have you entered your names correctly exactly as it is on the ticket? Perhaps one of your name or that of someone travelling with you is the same as someone on a "watch" list. Or the site might just be busy.
