Sent through an email to customer relations, praising a specific crew in a specific cabin on a specific flight/date.

Aside from the automated response, I've had no acknoledgement of that email...ok, it was 20 or so days ago, and not the 28 quoted but...

What is other V-Flyer's experience, would a response typically be sent on something like this?

Or, do they just respond to complaints!!!!!!

I've had a classic response:
Similar type letter of praise aimed at specific person/ date etc...
No response, but randomly had some miles added to FC account, for them to be removed day after....
Automated assumption it was a complaint and a quick miles bung to keep me happy..! I'll never know?
