Sent through an email to customer relations, praising a specific crew in a specific cabin on a specific flight/date.
Aside from the automated response, I've had no acknoledgement of that email...ok, it was 20 or so days ago, and not the 28 quoted but...
What is other V-Flyer's experience, would a response typically be sent on something like this?
Or, do they just respond to complaints!!!!!!
