It's like a painting - each time I look at it I see something additional such as

Well I don't know about anyone else but my mother told me to always look what I was putting into my mouth before eating anything.
How can anyone confused a cupcake with an eclair?
We obviously won't see her as a contestant on Great British Bake off will we? Mary Berry would soon see her off !
Ingredients for an eclair (well the choux)-
butter, water, flour and eggs
Ingrediends for cup cakes-
butter, sugar, eggs and flour
So what would cause an allergy to an eclair and not the cup cake (or the pasta? or the bread roll? though the sandwiches with the afternoon tea must have sufficed as they did not get a mention)
Surely not the water?
